REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to limited availability, we require that you cancel within 24 hours after the attended workshop and purchase of your health consultation package. This gives us the opportunity to fill the time slot. You may cancel by reaching out to admin@hormonesheal.com. If you have to cancel your appointment after 24 hours, we can offer you one rescheduled appointment, but do not offer refunds. However, if you do not cancel within 24 hours of the attended workshop, you will lose the payment for the appointment.
