  • Persuasive Communication: Ability to engage and connect with potential clients through compelling and empathetic communication, effectively guiding them through the decision-making process.
  • Proven Experience in Inbound Sales: Demonstrated success in closing inbound sales, converting leads into loyal clients by understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Exceptional Time Management: Ability to efficiently manage your time, prioritizing follow-ups and closing opportunities while maintaining a high level of responsiveness.
  • Confident and Relatable: A confident, yet personable approach that fosters trust and builds strong client relationships, making potential clients feel valued and understood.
  • Proficient in Sales Technology: Strong skills in using CRM systems, sales tracking software, and other digital tools to manage and optimize the sales process.
  • Solution-Oriented: A knack for identifying and resolving client concerns, turning objections into opportunities and ensuring a smooth sales journey.
  • Highly Organized: Ability to meticulously organize and manage a pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-up and detailed documentation of all client interactions.
What you'll do
  • Engage with Prospective Clients: Take inbound sales appointments scheduled on your calendar, connecting with potential clients over the phone, email, and SMS to understand their needs and guide them through the decision-making process.
  • Enroll Clients in High-Ticket Programs: Skillfully present and enroll qualified leads into our premium health programs, ensuring they understand the value and benefits of our offerings.
  • Follow Up and Nurture Leads: Maintain regular follow-up with leads who have shown interest but haven’t yet enrolled, using a personalized approach to keep them engaged and move them closer to a decision.
  • Manage Sales Pipeline: Organize and manage your sales pipeline efficiently, keeping track of all interactions, follow-ups, and next steps to ensure no opportunities are missed.
  • Onboard New Clients: Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they feel supported and informed as they begin their journey with Hormones Heal.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the sales and support teams to provide seamless transitions for new clients and address any questions or concerns promptly.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest updates and information about our programs, so you can provide accurate and compelling information to potential clients.
  • Contribute to Community Engagement: Occasionally respond to inquiries or post updates in our Customer Community Portal, helping to maintain an active and informed community of clients.
